Morita Motor was founded in 1982. Affected by the financial crisis in 2008, TOUHAN DENSHI KIKI(DONGGUAN)CO.,LTD acquired its stepping motor and servo driver business, and further developed its technology on this basis. A new product, step-by-step drive, was developed in 2013.
In 2013, TOUHAN DENSHI KIKI(DONGGUAN)CO.,LTD and well-known domestic enterprises once again discussed cooperation with Morita Motor to discuss the acquisition.
In 2015, TOUHAN DENSHI KIKI(DONGGUAN)CO.,LTD and well-known domestic enterprises officially acquired Morita Motor, mastered its core technology, developed stepping motor, servo driver, motion control and hardware and software products, and had the right to research, design and produce.
In 2017, its well-known domestic enterprises invested in the establishment of Dongguan Yuntuo (Limited Partnership)Co.,Ltd.
In 2018, TOUHAN DENSHI KIKI(DONGGUAN)CO.,LTD and Dongguan Yuntuo (Limited Partnership)Co.,Ltd. jointly established MORITASEIKI(DONGGUAN)CO.,LTD. through its domestic branch, TOUHAN DENSHI KIKI(DONGGUAN)CO.,LTD andDongguan Yuntuo (Limited Partnership)Co.,Ltd.
