"Cumulative effect", "lock-in effect" and "ecological effect" are the three major barriers to the development of China's industrial software industry. It is suggested that the three barriers should be gradually broken down and the innovation of China's industrial software industry should be promoted on the basis of strengthening technological innovation and accumulation, drawing on major application projects and relying on the construction of a global platform. 1. Lack of industrial software makes it difficult to become a powerful manufacturing country
 
(1) The gap between the development of industrial software and the requirements of powerful manufacturing countries is obvious.
